1. American VA – $30/hr 

2. Filipino VA – $15/hr

The hourly rate is to accommodate the new start-up practice or small solo practice that treats less than 20 patients per month. For mid-size to large practice, we offer monthly packages.

3. Packages

Package 1: 173 hours Filipino rep (8 Hours)
Package 2: 129 hours Filipino rep (6 Hours)
Package 3: 86 hours Filipino rep (4 Hours)

We use RingCentral, just forward your number to our number.

 7:00am CST to 7:00pm CST

 Not at this time, but we’re considering that service in the near future.

 Yes, we have a backup rep assigned to your account. This rep will only do the most important daily task.

 Yes.  It can take time to find a replacement.  In the meantime, the backup rep and the supervisor will cover your most important daily task. 

1.We can text or email , and when you have an important or urgent issue, email and cc the supervisor.

2.You will constantly be communicating with your rep any time of day

 Give us a call and we’ll get the ball rolling.  We do require a contract to be signed and other documents that give us information about your company will need to be completed.  We’ll need to schedule training time with you for a couple of hours so we can learn the way you want things done.
